Using more than one title for Poke Transporter?

Is there a way to use more than one title at a time with Poke Transporter? Or do you have to manually rename the .ips for the title you want to use each time? So for example if you currently have White and have renamed it as code.ips but you wanted to use Black 2 now would you have to remove the White ips file and rename the Black to code.ips? Or is there a way to just have both at the same time somehow?

It should be possible with enough effort, but it might be a bit tricky. I won't have the time to add this in the near future, but would definitely accept a PR if anyone else wants to add this.

This would be a great addition. When I open the app it shows me white and virtual console yellow which is also installed. Perhaps you can somehow hook into this? Since it does support showing multiple games
