Support Spring Boot 4

Given that Spring Boot 4 is going to come out soon, we should make sure that nakadi-producer-spring-boot starter can work with it.

Ideally this is done in a way that the same library works in multiple spring boot versions, instead of having another branch like for 1.x vs. 2.x.
