Allow URL path component in Service URL

Currently Yourturn doesn't allow to have Service URL for application configured with path component,i.e.:

• proxy.test.zalan.do/api/service

will report validation error:

• only characters, numbers or dashes with at least one dot in between

However, this case is valid for services that are hidden behind proxies and available only through proxy. In this case various web crawlers that you yourturn as a source of data won't be able to reach these services.

Currently I don't see a reason why this should not be allowed. @hjacobs maybe you have an idea?

I don't see any problem changing it --- just wondering why nobody hit this problem earlier in the last two years 😏
