Improvement for YOURTURN docs

After some discussion on the CD users channel, I realise why not ask for the experts on the topic in order to update the documentation.

Do you have any plans to update/migrate the YOURTURN documentation to https://cloud.docs.zalando.net ?

Personally, there are some gaps on the current documentation that make hard to getting started with new setups on Kubernetes, for example

• This documentation doesn't explain elements from the user point of view, I miss an explanation about what is "critical level" and how to use it.
• Kio versions and approvals are deprecated it and how to handle OAuth and Buckets using Kubernetes

I will much appreciate your help with this documentation since we are lacking of knowledge of the new setup process.
