Missing placeholder image when adding an image block

Hi,

When adding an image block and before selecting a custom image, the block doesn't show a placeholder image. This leads to the block having 0 height and width, making it hard to select.

The image blocks used to show a placeholder image. I think the problem is that the links in the following files are invalid:

• packages/easy-email-extensions/src/AttributePanel/utils/getImg.ts
• packages/easy-email-extensions/src/ShortcutToolbar/utils/getImg.ts
