Support for Hardhat 3

1. Would it be possible to provide a Hardhat 3 compatible version of the fhevm-hardhat-template? And update the relevant docs e.g.

2. Would it be possible to provide a Hardhat 3 compatible version of the Hardhat plugin in hardhat-plugin?

This would be a very valuable addition. Hardhat 3 is becoming the default choice for new Solidity projects, and lack of compatibility may slow adoption of fhevm for developers starting fresh in 2024/2025.

Even an initial step such as:

• Clarifying current incompatibilities (if any) with Hardhat 3
• Or providing a migration note / workaround in the docs
  would already help developers evaluate feasibility.

Longer term, an updated fhevm-hardhat-template and plugin support for Hardhat 3 would significantly improve developer experience and onboarding.
