Add support for proxy contract initialisation

Support proxies like IP-1167 Minimal Proxy Clones (and other proxy patterns) that cannot use the fhevm library with initialize() pattern.

Context

Configuration is lost because constructors do not execute in the context of a proxy.

This is an interesting edge case — proxy patterns like EIP-1167
breaking constructor-based initialization makes sense given the
execution context.

From a developer-experience perspective, would it be helpful to
document which proxy patterns are currently supported or unsupported
by FHEVM, and whether an explicit initialize hook is the recommended
approach?

Clarifying this in docs could help teams avoid misconfiguration
when using minimal proxies.
