The error suggests that there is neither X nor Wayland. Can you make sure that they are enabled via something like Flatseal, or other flatpak permission manager?

I can confirm that this is fixed by either:

• Disabling Wayland windowing system in Flatseal
• Running the flatpak with --ozone-platform-hint=auto e.g.:

flatpak run com.useanything.AnythingLLMDesktop --ozone-platform-hint=auto

Not sure if related but in none of the case do the app have the proper icon :/
