Revert "[IT-4466] Redirect website (Sage-Bionetworks-IT#1464)" (Sage-Bionetworks-IT#1470)

This reverts commit 0ebfa51.
Got the following error on deployment: "www.cancercomplexity.synapse.org already exists"[1]
Even though the bucket doesn't exist.  Will need to debug
