add support for geoembeddings?

I noticed the aef-mosaic dataset uses https://github.com/geo-embeddings/embeddings-zarr-convention and am wondering if this validator should support that convention.

Would be really handy to have this convention in the online zarr validator; I'm using it with this PR to add tessera support: geo-embeddings/embeddings-zarr-convention#2

Yes we would love for the validator to support the embeddings zarr convention! Validation has been on my to-do list! I should have time to work on this next week and try to get a PR up cc @maxrjones

thanks Martha! btw I've been going back and forth on whether I should break the python and javascript parts into two separate repositories. lmk if you have thoughts on which would be easier as a new contributor
