Document how and where the logo can be used

We've seen some churn on if the Zarr license can be licensed.

Evidently, the Numfocus owns the trademark which is a surprise to some of us.

Action needed

I think a good action item is to document how and where the logo can be used. I don't think its reasonable to point people to Numfocus (https://numfocus.org/trademark-guidelines) and have them interpret a legal document that does not mention Zarr in any way.

Sorry, that that hadn't been communicated. EOSS4 funds went to NumFOCUS for the filing of the trademark in various jurisdictions. This matches the status for NumPy and Dask:
