[bug]: zinit-autoload.zsh overrides set locale.

What happened?

zinit-autoload.zsh overrides whatever locale I set to en_US.UTF-8.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have zinit installed with zsh.
2. Have system locale set to something other than en_US.UTF-8

Using WSL2, Windows 11, official archlinux WSL image
