[bug]: ziextract should not fail if extracted files are not executable #737

@ittayd

Description

@ittayd

What happened?

I try to use from"gh-r" bpick"fw.1" on brocode/fw. The fw.1 file is not an archive but a man file. This should not be a problem as ziextract will silently not extract anything (as it does for fw in the same releases). But, it checks if there are executables in the result after extraction and there are not and so it issues a warning. Nothing else goes wrong and lman links the file correctly.
