What happened to the Editor: Restart Language Servers action in the Command Palette?

This went missing awhile ago and its pretty unfortunate. I regularly have to restart the LSPs for a variety of reasons. This used to just be a quick CMD+Shift+P search but now I have to actually use my mouse to click the menu in the lower left (yes tragic I know).

Was this action removed? Is there a way of adding it back just for my use case?

PS: There needs to be a "Just Questions" category in Discussions.
