Claude fails to use the "AskUserQuestion" while in planmode.

Reproduction steps

start zed
click on claude agent
connect that
put on plan mode and tell it to make a random plan and ask me questions.
it will say somethign like " AskUserQuestion isn't available in this session (only ExitPlanMode loaded)"

should be sometype of nice ui popup for the questions
