Yes it literally it. There are tools that allow you to do this:

Or at least was. Seems like Twitter might've patched this. But it def was happening.

I don't know what you think you're saying, but Im only comparing x.com with xcancel.com and finding the latter having the problem and the former not

From the time I filed this bug, it wasn't a problem on x.com and continues to be a problem on nitter
