[Issues] Issue Templates

Issue templates can help to categorise incoming issues into predefined categories with a form-like structure to support users to formulate them. In case that a new issue does not meet the predefined categories, one can freely choose to open a blank issue.

Should this repository be equipped with issue templates? If so, which categories should be supported?

In my opinion, it would definitely help to create those since the recent issues could all be shelved into the following categories:

• bug report
• question
• feature request / suggestion

Adding labels to them automatically as a visual indication and suggesting minimal information by predefined sections would be a great enhancement.
