FAQ table of contents links should probably go a little further down #57
Description
Currently, it takes you to the point on the page where the top of the browser view area is where the text is, but the navbar obstructs the text, requiring you to scroll to see it. It's also just kind of awkward and makes it seem like the links are not working properly. I think either
- scrolling the page a little further down or
- refactoring the navbar such that it doesn't cover the body content
would make this clearer
