Unable to install some extensions

I tried installing Greasemonkey, Tampermonkey, and Violentmonkey

When I click on the install button it just fails silently and nothing gets installed.
I actually had a similar problem with the 7tv extension and I was gonna make this thread but I was able to just install it just fine after a few days.

I thought maybe despite Zen being a Firefox fork it might not be fully compatible with every extension but I was unable to find any other thread talking about this
