[Feature request] Set an essential or pinned tab as launching page

Currently, we can set a homepage in browser so that the page opens first everytime the app launches. This is good, only that the page opens as an ordinary tab, not essentials or pinned tab.
This doesn' make sense at all, because if that start page is so important that you need to make it as homepage, it should have been one of your essentials or pinned tabs.
So I believe it is resonable to set an ssential or pinned tab as launching page that you visit on every app launch.

In my opinin, this feature is not that difficult to implement. We already has a togle for continue where you left off which remebers your last active tab beforing closing browser and comes back to it at startup. Using same mechanism, but instead memorizing a specific fixed essential/pinned tab, we can achieve the aforementioned feature.
