Feature Request: Allow specifying target monitor/window in Space Routing

Description
The current Space Routing implementation in Zen Browser is fantastic for keeping workspaces organized. However, I’ve found a limitation when working with multi-monitor setups.

Currently, when a URL matches a routing rule, it opens in the associated Space, but it defaults to the last active window or the primary display. Since I work with a dual-monitor setup, I often want specific Spaces (e.g., my "Work" space) to always open on my secondary monitor, while others stay on the main one.

Proposed Solution
I would like to suggest an enhancement to the Space Routing Settings where, alongside selecting the target Space, we could optionally select a "Target Monitor" or "Target Window" (e.g., "Always open this Space on Monitor 1").

Why this is useful

Enhanced Workflow: It eliminates the need to manually drag browser windows across monitors every time a link triggers a route.

Productivity: It helps maintain a consistent environment layout throughout the day, allowing users to keep reference materials on one screen and primary work tools on the other, regardless of where the link was clicked.

That is why there is window sync. When you send a tab to your Work space, you can also access it from your second window on another monitor.

Thanks for the clarification regarding the Window Sync!

I understand how the sync works, but my goal is to optimize the workflow further. Currently, even with sync enabled, if I am working on my primary monitor and click a Jira link (via WhatsApp or an external app), it often opens in the current active window on the primary monitor.

To see the content on my second monitor, I still have to manually move the tab or window. My suggestion is to have the ability to bind a specific Space (like 'Work') to a specific window or monitor instance. This way, any link routed to that Space would automatically spawn or focus on the correct monitor, without requiring me to manually manage window positions.

Is there any technical possibility of adding a 'target window' or 'display monitor' setting to the Space Routing rules in the future?
