URL bar in a wrong place #11002

- I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
- I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.
What happened?
As you can see below, the URL bar when on compact mode is behaving a bit weird after today's update.
Smaller Compact Mode mods may or may not be the problem, already open an issues in zen repo and for the mods repo, it seems like the profile is kinda private. Here is the link (https://github.com/n7itro). Thanks for the time
Expected behavior
The URL bar need to be in the middle of the screen
Actual behavior
The URL bar is appear off screen on the left
Steps to reproduce
Activate the compact mode and Install Smaller Compact Mode mods.
