Browser layout setting selection has low contrast in dark mode

What happened?

In dark mode, when choosing a browser layout, it is hard to distinguish which layout has been chosen due to the low contrast between the dark background and the border color of the selected layout

Expected behavior

I should be able to clearly distinguish which layout I have chosen.

Actual behavior

Due to the low contrast, it is hard to see which option has been chosen.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set the browser to dark mode.
2. Navigate to settings and search for browser layout.
3. Observe the low contrast between the selected browser layout and the dark background.
