Change Tab(s) to Workspace does not respect profile/container.

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
• I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.

What happened?

When right-clicking on a tab and selecting "Change tabs to workspace" and selecting a new workspace, the tab is moved into the selected workspace but the tab container/profile remains the previous one.

Expected behavior

If a workspace has a default tab container/profile selected, then 'Change tabs to workspace' should reopen in the default container/profile.

Actual behavior

Currently, the tab just moves into the new workspace in the originally opened profile.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new tab.
2. Create a workspace with a different default profile.
3. Right-click on the tab and select 'Change tabs to workspace'.
4. Select the new workspace

Result: The tab moves to the new workspace without changing to the default profile.

Not sure I agree. That a space has a default container, and new tabs opened there are assigned to it, does not mean all tabs in the space are exclusively/mandatory in that container. In a shopping space with shopping container set as default I can still open tabs in another container (right-click "+New Tab" > pick one /or/ right-click an existing tab and re-open in another container).

Also: forcing a re-open in another container would mean you lose the tab's state and load the site anew, losing anything you were doing.
