tel: links : incomplete functionality - do not copy the number to default tel link handling application

What happened?

Click tel link, hovering shows "tel:(NUMBER)", summons the default app for tel links, but does not copy the phone number into the tel link application's dialer field. The application I am using is Zoom. This functionality works perfectly in Chromium based browsers, and works perfectly in vanilla Firefox. This has not worked on any version of Zen I've tried so far. This can be reproduced with a stock zen install with default settings. I need this to function for Zen to be a viable browser for work.

Expected behavior

Click a phone number/tel link, and the number clicked is copied to the default tel link handling app.

Actual behavior

Click tel link, summons/focuses Zoom dialer, but does not populate the phone number clicked into the default tel link app.

Steps to reproduce

Click a tel link number with Zoom dialer installed, watch as the application is focused, but does absolutely nothing.

Okay, so I've found a fix. It seems that the handlers.json file was misconfigured. Renaming it with .old extension or deleting it seems to remedy the issue for me. I'm unsure if this is an issue that everyone will have until they refresh this file or if it was unique to me, so I'll leave the issue open for now in case it is the former.
