Copy current URL with a keyboard shortcut missing in shortcut settings

What happened?

like how people migrating from Arc does,i also love using ctrl+shift+c to copy current Tab URL. The discussion here here and says that the feature has been implemented. but it's not on my Zen Browser

There is copy as markdown keyboard shortcut settings, but I don't want that.

Expected behavior

a settings where i can bind "Copy Current URL" to CTRL + SHIFT + C

Actual behavior

the specific keyboard shortcut setting nowhere to be found
