I, and many others, are not going to download Firefox just to check for bugs. This has prevented me from submitting bug reports. I don't want to lie and just check the box.

At some point, Zen needs to become it's own browser.

Maybe you're right and the check should not a mandatory field. It's still a very useful data point to know if an issue is stemming from the Firefox core upstream or due to changes made in Zen.
