Randomly Control button stop functioning #11972

- I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
- I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.
What happened?
Control button doesn't work at time, irresponsive. i can't do any functions with control like ctrl + t, ctrl + p or anything.
Expected behavior
ctrl button should be working, but it doesn't just on zen. rest everywhere it seems to work fine
Actual behavior
CTRL not working at time, only fix right now is restarting the browser.
Steps to reproduce
have no idea how to reproduce this. it happens randomly but now im trying to monitor closely to figure how and when it happens
