What happened?

Hey folks, I'm trying to troubleshoot an issue I'm having that I think is related to TLS1.3 and maybe my ISP.

The website I was trying to load was failing with a SSL_ERROR_BAD_MAC_READ error. I was able to get the site loading by updating the tls version fallback to 3, but I also had to turn off hello-downgrade-checks, which I would prefer not to do.

I tested using curl, and curl is connecting over tls1.3 without issue. Safari also had the same issue, but it appeared to be fixed by changing my network's DNS to point at 8.8.8.8.

Has anyone else had similar issues with Zen on Mac?
