What happened?

This is the same issue previously reported here: #14131

It was marked as Closed and fixed with a recent release, but it is still happening. The linked issue also has a video.

I commented on the original issue, but didn't get any response, and I can't re-open a closed issue. This has been happening for many versions now.

Expected behavior

Source window would stay on its current workspace

Actual behavior

The source window of the tab will rotate one workspace

Steps to reproduce

Have two monitors
Have multiple workspaces
Have a single Zen window on monitor A, with those multiple workspaces
Drag a tab from monitor A to monitor B, creating a new Zen window

The active workspace on the original Zen window will rotate over one selection.

Of note, my source monitor is on the right, and I'm dragging it to the left. I see the video in the original issue also drags that direction, maybe that's related to the bug.
