Popup is cut in compact mode

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
• I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.

What happened?

Steps to reproduce:

1. enable compact mode
2. call popup: for example try to install addon

Important notice: this bug occurs when I use the main screen of Macbook Air 13. Using external screen fixes the bug.
