Browser Freezes When Expanding Toolbar Options Menu in Compact Window State

What happened?

When the browser window is in a Compact state, expanding the toolbar options menu causes the browser to freeze. This issue occurs when the toolbar options menu, located on the right-hand side of the URL bar, is clicked more than once.
