Compact mode does not show popup/redirect warnings

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
• I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.

What happened?

In compact mode, redirect and popup block messages are not displayed to the user.

Naturally, Firefox doesn't have a compact mode, but I have tried the compact layout and full-screen mode, and the warnings are shown properly.

Also: I disabled all Zen mods to make sure nothing was causing this bug.

Also: The popup is placed behind the tab list when you move it to the right side

Clicking 'allow' actually clicks the tab, not the popup box.
