Glance gets stuck in half-open state

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
• I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.

What happened?

From Google calendar, join a google meet in a glance window. Switch to a new tab, come back to the first, there is a small chance that the glance window will not be visible, but the background (the fuzz on the original page, google calendar in this instance) remains. I'm still in the meet, so the window at least still thinks it exists, but I cant easily close the glance, and I cant see the contents of the glance window.

^^ seems to be somehow linked to performing actions(clicking a link, closing the tab, etc. scrolling doesnt do it.) on another page while glance is open in a non-focused tab. Might be that the other tab is stealing some sort of necessary focus state from the glance tab. This is still not 100% replication, but more often.
