Issues with Detaching Tabs from Parent Window

• I am not filing an enhancement request.
• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
• I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.

What happened?

When I try to detach a tab from a parent window it's suppose to open into its own separate window, but what happens instead is it shows a blank window with no window controls and borders, but then soon after proceeds to copy the parent window, if you have pinned tabs, it also copies those into a new session.

[parent window] --> [tab 1, tab 2, tab 3] --> [Detach tab 2 from parent window] --> [open in new window] --> [tab 2]

This isn't typically an issue in other browsers, and is certainly unique to Zen Browser exhibiting this issue specifically when it comes to detaching a tab from a parent window to open into a new separate window.
