Ctrl+Tab Cycling preview is at desktop size instead of window size

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
• I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.

What happened?

I am using Zen on a 5120x1440 monitor.

The tab size of the preview shown by Ctrl-Tab is 32:9 aspect ratio, which seems to be calculated from the desktop size.
Since the Zen window is about 1/3 of the desktop size (1700x1440), the tab size must also be calculated from the Zen window size or it will not look right.
