Must be on your side (extensions or some other things interfering) because It's working great here on Windows and MacOS.

Have same issue on official build of Google Chrome, lol

TL;DR
Twitch do not allow using UTC timezone. Change TZ matched to IP location and logged in successful with Google Chrome and Zen Browser
