After an update, Zen is installed twice. As visible in "Installed Apps" in Windows.

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
• I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.

What happened?

When I download and install zen app from the official website everything including installation is normal. (I install Zen to a custom location rather than the recommended one.) But once Zen automatically updates, it creates two packages. (For ex. 1.11b and 1.11.4b). This is not an extremely critical issue and usage-wise everything works well. But the annoying thing about this is that when I try to uninstall any one of those two seen apps, the other remaining one is completely reset to default profile, default setting, everything.
