Button that works on Firefox does not work on Zen

What happened?

Issue

On the BBC job application page the apply button does not work.
When pressed it is supposed to show a dropdown that has another button / link that then takes you to a different page. This dropdown and link work in firefox but no dropdown shows in Zen. Nothing changes when pressing the button in Zen.

Steps to reproduce:

Click any job from the listings https://careers.bbc.co.uk/search/

Press the apply now button

it works on arch linux and 1.11.5b-1, although I have an extension to filter out "bbc" results from google searches :)

Couldn't reproduce in 1.11.5b
Funny enough I can see the issue in Firefox.... until I turn off uBlock origin and reload. Strange thing is I also use it in Zen, and the button works with the blocker on.

It's not likely that something specific in zen breaks this
