Hey @royvella, sorry to hear that you are running into these kinds of issues. Mind sharing some more information about your setup, version of macOS you are running? A screenshot or a screen recording might also be helpful to know what we are dealing with. The application needs accessibility permissions:
The prompt should appear asking if you want to allow this when you launch the application. |

Sure... Sequoia 15.7. Settings seem fine under Accessibility:
In the app, I figure "Shortcuts" is the right place to be in terms of Groups... when I click "New Shortcut", literally nothing happens, it just closes that dropdown menu:

I see the same thing (New Shortcut does nothing). I'm not actually sure what New Shortcut is supposed to do. Is it just supposed to open up the Apple Shortcuts app so you can create a new one? Because I can get Keyboard Cowboy to add an existing shortcut. @royvella you said "activate a specific shortcut" so does your shortcut already exist (meaning New Shortcut might not be what you need anyway)? @zenangst here's a video for you showing that New Shortcut doesn't do anything. new.shortcut.mov |

Actually playing with it further, I see that after adding one of my existing shortcuts to the command list, there are the buttons to open shortcut and create shortcut, but they seem to do the reverse. Screen.Recording.2025-11-10.at.9.44.57.AM.mov |

I know this must be basic but I'm trying to activate a specific Shortcut and I can't for the life of me figure out how... in the Groups, tried Applications, tried Shortcuts. Once in and trying to add a "New Command", nothing happens when I click "New Shortcut". Feels like I'm missing a permission or something else quite basic... thoughts?
