add command "Show notification center"

it will be handy to be able to bind the "Show notification center" to a shortcut in Cowboy.

lets say i bind it to: "cmd+", on first press it will show notification center, on next press it will close notification center, so it is more like a toggle, but since the macos action is called the same then 🤷

perhaps it could live under "Mission Control" related group of commands.

@bjrmatos I like this idea. I already have a small Apple Script that does this for me.
I can just bundle that with the application 👍

Here is the script if you want to use it today:

	click menu bar item 2 of menu bar 1 of application process "ControlCenter"
