Feature Request: Add a talent/potential modifier within league god mode settings #487

Im not sure if this exists already within the game but I cant seem to find a setting; a talent/potential modifier that amplifies every future draft prospects would be great.
Currently I have a spectator only save file that has all fake teams loaded up, all across the world. I find that the ratio of mediocre and bad players vs the amount of good and great players get too thin. Also this allows more fun scenarios like maybe where you crank the setting all the way down or up, you end up with a league of all shit players or insane players respectively.
