Include a command that displays a weekly timesheet for end-of-week review and similar. Something like the following:

$ hcl weekly
$ hcl weekly last week

Perhaps while I'm at it could rename the show command to daily.

There is an end point in the API for this, but it's only accessible to admins. Anyway, I tried using with an admin account and it still didn't seem to work. It looks like we're stuck with the timesheet API, which would mean fetching one day at a time and aggregating ourselves.

FYI, the Reports.md file has been renamed to Time and Expense Reporting.md.
