Information text not displayed entirely and missing link

Hello,
When clicking on the "i" button on the bottom right, the text that pops up depends on the size of the current windows. If the window is to small, only part of the text is displayed.
There is also the "ici" link which doesn't seem to work (on the latest Chrome at least).
