Feature Description

Improve the support for enrolling and deploying new workspaces through a combination of the following:

• add dashboard support for the enrollment operations (currently done through a Python script)
• allow dynamic reconfiguration of servers for enrollment without re-deployment - this allows enrollment after deployment
• simplify the enrollment process
