Feature Description

Introduce schedule archiving. We want to be able to archive schedules with a soft deletion mechanism:

1. References are kept for historical purposes (information on whether a pipeline is triggered via schedule and which schedule).
2. Archived schedules have all other properties of hard deletion - they can not be updated or resumed. Archiving is a permanent action that can not be reverted.
