installation: bump dependencies

    release: v4.1.0
    assets: add avif and webp images to the list of image types
    build: remove unnecessary js dependencies

    * removed duplicates from @inveniosoftware-eslint-config-invenio
    * also removed entries that ended up in the frontend dependencies even
      after removal from devDependencies here
    * checked separately for the webpack and rspack builds
    assets: make pnpm work with webpack project

    * "eslint-config-react-app" caused PNPM-based builds to complain about
      conflicting eslint configs
    rspack: implement alternative WebpackBundleProject for rspack

    * rspack provides a "--mode" flag which replaces "NODE_ENV"
    * rspack does not support the "--progress" flag
    * since v1.2.0, "rspack --watch" ignores "node_modules" by default which
      we don't want
    * bump minimum version of `Flask-WebpackExt` for the passed kwargs
