Escalation: Nine records removed by automatic spam block -- no human review, no appeal pathway

We are escalating an unresolved issue affecting nine records submitted under the Three Primitives corpus (https://3primitives.io/).

All nine records show the following on their record pages:
Reason for removal: Spam
Removed by: System (automatic)
Removal note: User was blocked
Date of removal: February 26, 2026

Prior support history:
We held an active support ticket with Zenodo prior to the block: Ticket #3317926 -- Re: Question about download statistics not updating. This is the same download statistics issue recently shown as an active service notice on Zenodo's own record pages. This ticket demonstrates an established, legitimate user relationship with the platform before the automated removal on February 26, 2026.

Impact:
These nine DOIs are cited throughout our published corpus -- embedded in the documents themselves and referenced across institutional briefs. The automatic removal has not only made the records inaccessible, it will force us to reversion and reissue documents we have done nothing wrong to warrant changing.

We have been forced to host all nine records as a stopgap on our own website at https://3primitives.io/.

This is not a sustainable or acceptable resolution for citable academic work.

What we are requesting:

1. Human review of the automated spam block decision

2. Restoration of all nine records under their original DOIs and respiration of the original email account

3. A response to the multiple support emails sent since February 26 -- it has now been almost a month with no case reference and no human acknowledgment from any channel

This is published academic work in AI governance.

Automated removal with no human review and no appeal process is not acceptable.
