Request: add 'parent' xtensa group to minimal installation

When running the minimal SDK installer, almost 60% (24/41) of the questions are about different variants of the xtensa toolchain. It would be nice if these could all be grouped under one 'parent' xtensa option, with individual toolchains only asked if the parent group is y.

Example question: Install any xtensa toolchains [y/n]?
