[Feature] HideDisabledEmojis, Disable non-Default Suggestions (even if one is Nitro)

This is regarding HideDisabledEmojis.
I have a year of Nitro Basic. I still DO NOT want to EVER see suggestions for non-default emoji.
They are just visual clutter. They are overwhelming. They either force me to add more text to further omit/filter and/or more arrow usage to quickly select the one I want.

Is there any chance this can be accomplished?
